Details:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting and resolution of LAN/WAN connectivity issues
  • Provide physical support for routers, switches, access points, and cabling
  • Execute remote-guided activities from network engineering teams (rack/stack, patching, device reboots, replacements)
  • Support end-user network-related hardware issues (wired/wireless connectivity)
  • Monitor and escalate network incidents, outages, and performance degradation
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, and asset updates
  • Validate and support network changes, upgrades, and deployments
  • Ensure adherence to site access, security, and change management protocols
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
  • Experience with network hardware troubleshooting (Cisco or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with structured cabling and physical infrastructure
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes
