Your Role:
  • Welcome andassistpatients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression

  • Optimizethe daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps

  • Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records

  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations

  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts

  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments

  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submitinsurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

About You:
  • Minimum 1 year ofDental Administrationexperienceisrequired

  • Experience with dental software programs isrequired

  • Clinical backgroundis considered anasset
