Network / System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Monitoring & Incident Handling - Keep track of alerts, respond to issues, and restore services quickly.
  2. IAM Expertise & Security Compliance - Manage identity and authentication systems while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
  3. Troubleshooting & Production Support - Solve complex system issues and work on improving infrastructure performance.
  4. Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  5. On-Call & Site Work - Be available for off-hours coverage and on-site presence (3 days per week) as required.
  6. Technology Management & Automation - Use Linux, Windows, SQL, OpenShift, ITSM, Splunk, Ansible, and CI/CD tools to enhance operations.

Required Skills:
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • 5+ years of production support experience with expert level knowledge of MFA technologies, Splunk. Window OS, SQL/Oracle DB Unix/Linux.
  • Excellent knowledge of Identity, Authentication and Access Management (IAM) domain including SRE and DevOps space.
  • Must have senior level production support experience and troubleshooting skills in IAM technologies.
  • Must be able to comply with bank regulatory and compliance policies
  • Must have expert level of Linux experience and must be well versed in Splunk queries.
