As a Network Systems Engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape Navy missions by leading engineering efforts to develop, operate, and maintain complex technology systems using engineering principles, theories, and concepts. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skill set into areas like Zero Trust and Identity Management. In this role, you'll closely impact military missions by championing cybersecurity, discovering cyber risks, and providing hands-on support to critical mission areas. What You'll Work On:
  • Develop relationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
  • Implement infrastructure and cyber security controls relating to identity management for zero trust.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) systems for a DoD or government agency
  • 5+ years of experience with SSH, MFA, PKI, and I CAM
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, Cisco ISE, LDAP, Active Directory, RADIUS, VMWare vCenter, ESXi, Radiant Logic, or Ping
  • Experience in interacting directly with clients, managers, stakeholders, and approving authorities to identify problems, analyze data, generate solutions, and communicate results
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD 8140 Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with CyberArk
  • Experience providing network, system administration, or computer operations support
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
