Job Summary
This position provides specialized support for the College's network, audio video, and classroom technology systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining technology infrastructure, supporting campus events, and providing technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
Responsibilities

- Supports the Chief Systems Engineer in maintaining and troubleshooting network and classroom technology systems.

- Provides immediate technology assistance to faculty in the classroom.

- Provide direct customer service and support to all technology users.
4 -
- Provides audio, video, networking, and technology support for campus events and special programs.
5 -
- Maintain and organize classroom equipment supplies: projector lamps, cables, connectors, etc.

- Train, schedule and supervisors student workers.
7 -
- Maintains system and content of digital signage.
8 -
- Assists with Helpdesk duties as required.
9 -
- Performs related work as required.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Associate degree
Other Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current valid driver license with acceptable driving record and pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report review.
Required Experience
- More than three years of related experience

- Baccalaureate degree in Computer Information Technology or of study related to the occupational field

- Experience with Extron/Crestron technology.
