Position: Network Operations Engineer | Cisco Meraki | SD-WAN

Location: Dallas Texas (Onsite)

Experience: [10-35 Years]

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Operations Engineer with strong expertise in LAN/WAN infrastructure and Cisco Meraki environments to support and optimize enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support LAN/WAN networks (routing, switching, security)

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki SD-WAN & Wireless solutions

Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning

Handle incident management, RCA, and critical outage escalations

Ensure network security, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and ISPs

Maintain network documentation and SOPs

Required Skills:

10+ years in Network Operations / NOC / Infrastructure

Strong in Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) & Switching (VLAN, STP, QoS)

Hands-on with Cisco Meraki (SD-WAN, Wireless, Security)

Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, ThousandEyes)

Solid exposure to Firewalls, VPNs, and network security

Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

Certifications: CCNP / Meraki (preferred)

Network automation (Python, Ansible)

ITIL / change management exposure

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
