As a member of our Project Management team, you will help plan, execute and supervise projects to meet customer/management objectives for our sanitary process design build projects. You help ensure that each project is delivered within budget and on time. In this role, you will support the continued growth of our process operations in the brewery, juice, food, personal care and carbonated soft drink industries.

  • Provide guidance and accountability to project stakeholders including Project Engineers, Site Leads, CAD Designers, fabrication personnel, subcontractor field crews and support teams through all phases of the project to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and any potential issues are approached proactively
  • Coordinate and direct projects to ensure successful execution and start up
  • Analyze resource and equipment needs to plan project activities
  • Prepare budgets, bids, change orders and contracts as well as direct the negotiation of contracts
  • Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, reviewing project financials to ensure targets are being met, approving expenditures, enforcing policies and procedures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project action item lists and schedules
  • Support and manage P&ID, mechanical drawings, installation and technical specification documents

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field
  • Three (3) or more years of equivalent related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Food, beverage, personal care project management experience in various aspects of engineering, construction and utilities management preferred
  • A thorough understanding of process piping systems layout and routing (Carbonated Soft Drinks, Enhanced Waters, Beer/Alcohol, CIP, Filtration, CO2, Air, Water, Steam, Glycol, Ammonia, Sweetener, Package Release)
  • Prior experience leading mid-range projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in sanitary process design and applications preferred
  • Proficiency with utilized software and processes including MS Office Suite, PID's, PFD's, Project Management, Process, Execution, AutoCAD and MS Project
