Service Manager

Bobcat is looking for a talented Service Manager to assign and direct all work performed within the service department. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to implementing strategies that increase the productivity of the service department andelevatingthe customerexperience.

$55,000 -$62,000 DOE

Plus, Bonus

Essential Job Functions:

  • Developing andmaintaininghigh levelsof customer satisfaction; including listening effectively tocustomer'sconcerns and resolving any conflicts with customers (both internally and externally)

  • Recruit, train,and superviseService Advisorsandateam ofTechnicians.Weeklyreviewoftechnician efficiencies,annualperformancereviews,and handling disciplinary actionsare included in the role.

  • Direct andmaintainthe daily operations of the service department,includingexpenses and profitability of the service department.

  • Keepaccuratesafety records,document service actions, leaddiscussions,andconductmeetings.

  • Collaborate with company management to support and implement growth strategies

  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimumofthree years' successful managementexperience,within the construction industrypreferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability in providing excellent service to both internal and external customers through effective communication

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • High school diploma orequivalent.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Manyworking hours are spent sitting down and working on acomputerbut managing by walking around is a must.This includes interaction in/on compact equipment requiring the ability to occasionally climb, stand,bendand crouch.

  • Some areas of the workplace may be hazardous and/or dirty; proper safety protective gear should be worn as needed.

  • Answering the phone and speaking with customers and employees.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usuallymoderate,proximity to the service bayscanresult in brief periods ofloudnoise.
