The Datanet Network Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health performance and stability of network systems This role involves proactive monitoring troubleshooting and escalating issues to ensure network availability and reliability The specialist will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve network incidents in realtime
Responsibilities
Monitor Datanet network systems and infrastructure for performance availability and reliability using network monitoring tools
Conduct realtime analysis and respond promptly to any network alarms outages or performance degradation
Perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of network issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
Assist in configuring deploying and maintaining network monitoring tools and software
Track and document incidents outages and their resolutions maintaining accurate and detailed records
Develop and update monitoring reports and dashboards to provide insights into network health and performance
Collaborate with other network and systems engineers on optimizing and maintaining network reliability
Provide suggestions to enhance network performance and monitoring capabilities based on incident analysis
