  • Reliability Engineer supporting Reliability Excellence Systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants
  • Based in Davenport, IA; up to 50% travel required
  • Drives reliability culture, system adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise
  • Works cross-functionally with Business Units, Operations, Maintenance, IT, Finance, and Manufacturing Technology teams
  • Contributes to a values-driven environment focused on integrity, inclusion, agility, and growth
  • Lead, coach, and implement Equipment Reliability system components (Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, CMMS)
  • Support Condition-Based Monitoring and Reliability-Centered Maintenance initiatives
  • Develop standards and guide plant teams through system implementation
  • Promote ownership and accountability for reliability across all sites
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve OEE and productivity
  • Leverage cross-functional resources (Engineering, IT, Finance) to drive sustainable improvements
  • Serve as a reliability partner to Operations and Maintenance leaders in Rolled Products and Extrusions
