Role - Project Manager Networks ( Technical Supply Chain Manager)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Supply Chain Manager; analytical; strategic thinker
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must have
• Operations background with good knowledge on Networking and Data center infrastructure
• Ability to handle high volume requests with a structured approach
• Strong ownership mindset, including - Driving closure, not just status updates; Relentless follow through; End to end accountability
• Analytical + Strategic Thinking
• Identify cycle time drivers, delays, and bottlenecks
• Translate insights into measurable improvements and automation opportunities
Preferred
• Network, DC infra and Supply chain background
• Hands on experience with network program management, stakeholder co-ordination
• Seattle local as the Customer is located here. There is an ongoing in person cadence with the MSFT team.

Lead end-to-end program/project execution, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
• Drive planning, governance, milestone tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate multiple teams to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution of program deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive data-based decision making.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and best practices
• Support creation and maintenance of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project artifacts, dashboards, and management reports to ensure accurate tracking, governance, and communication of program status.
