Behind every successful event is a network of warehouses, facilities, fleet vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment that must be organized, maintained, and ready to deploy.

We're looking for a hands-on Facilities & Asset Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and ensuring the operational backbone of our company remains reliable, organized, and event-ready.


Job Summary

The Facilities & Asset Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, organization, operational readiness, and long-term performance of Greenawalt Hospitality's facilities and physical assets. This includes company offices, warehouses, storage yards, fleet vehicles, trailers, event equipment, and specialized operational assets.

This position combines facilities management, asset oversight, preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and operational support to ensure our teams have the equipment and resources they need to execute successful events across the country.


Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Management
  • Oversee the maintenance, appearance, and operational readiness of company offices, warehouses, storage yards, and facilities
  • Coordinate building repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvement projects
  • Ensure company properties remain safe, organized, clean, and compliant with company standards
  • Monitor facility systems and coordinate vendor services as needed
Asset Operations & Readiness
  • Manage the readiness of company vehicles, trailers, event equipment, and operational assets
  • Coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment servicing
  • Support equipment deployment, transportation, and post-event recovery
  • Ensure assets remain organized, properly stored, and available for operational needs
Vendor & Project Coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mechanics, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Coordinate repair projects, facility improvements, and maintenance services
  • Solicit quotes, negotiate pricing, and oversee vendor performance
  • Assist with budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements
Asset Tracking & Inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, maintenance history, warranties, inspections, and inventory
  • Oversee asset tracking systems and improve accountability across departments
  • Monitor asset utilization and recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding asset performance
