Your Opportunity: Taymark , a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Fulfillment Center Manager to lead our team in White Bear Lake, MN. The Fulfillment Center Manager is responsible for leading all operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, processing, and distribution of products. This position oversees warehouse and fulfillment employees, drives operational excellence, maintains customer service standards, manages inventory accuracy, and develops a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and employee engagement.

The Fulfillment Center Manager partners closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Marketing, Merchandising and other business functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting financial, quality, and productivity objectives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead daily fulfillment operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.

  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining established service levels.

  • Partner with customer service and Marketing to address customer needs and service requirements.

  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance quality, reduce errors, and improve customer experience.

  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage labor, equipment, supplies, and operating expenses within budget.

  • Analyze financial and operational performance results and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and hourly employees.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and career development conversations.

  • Promote employee engagement through recognition, communication, and leadership visibility.

  • Lead workforce planning, staffing, succession planning, and cross-training initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, respect, and continuous learning.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.

  • Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and process controls.

  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment and facility assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and/or large employee groups.

  • Strong analytical and computer skills including; Excel and Word

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

  • Strong working knowledge of FedEx, UPS and DHL manifesting systems

  • Knowledge of operations of material handling equipment such as sit-down lift trucks, reach trucks and order pickers

  • Financial and operational acumen.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
