Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Ensure 24x7 availability of enterprise network services.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and data center network operations.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change management processes.
• Act as the executive escalation point for P1/P2 incidents issue
• Define and execute the global network roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead network transformation initiatives include cloud, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust networking.
• Establish network standards, policies, and best practices across all regions.
• Drive continuous improvement and modernization of network infrastructure.
• Good understanding on SDWAN routing switching, ACI fabric, Wi-Fi firewall, Zscaler MFA and cloud network (AWS and Azure)
• Lead and mentor global network engineering and operations teams.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Drive knowledge management and technical skill development.
• Lead network integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams.
• Ensure proactive problem management and root cause analysis.
