The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and management of network observability and monitoring solutions across the organization's infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring network systems' high availability, performance, and security in both on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in network technologies and observability tools, capable of guiding a team to optimize and maintain robust network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Design & Implementation: Lead the architecture, configuration, andoptimization of network systems, ensuring high performance and resilienceacross the organization's infrastructure.
  • Network Observability: Implement and manage network monitoringsolutions to maintain real-time visibility into network health,availability, and performance.
  • Cloud & On-Prem Integration: Oversee and optimize both on-premises and cloudnetworking infrastructures, ensuring seamless operation in public,private, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Provide expert-level troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and optimization for network systems, includingconfiguration and performance tuning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technicalguidance, best practices, and ensuring consistent quality in networkengineering operations.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure network systems adhere to securitypolicies and best practices, protecting the integrity and confidentialityof the infrastructure.
