Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Load Balancer Engineer to design, deploy, and manage load balancing solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and monitoring network performance to ensure optimal application availability.

• Design, deploy, and manage load balancing solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective load balancing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Expert level experience with GSLB
• Expert Load Balancer knowledge and experience
• Develop and implement automation practices to streamline load balancer configuration, monitoring, and management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including load balancer diagrams and configuration guides, using tools such as Visio and Lucid chart.
• Understand and apply the OSI model, DNS, IPv6, BGP, multicast, and other networking principles.
• Knowledge of load balancing infrastructure in terms of power, cooling, and airflow in data center environments.
• Design and execute testing methodologies to ensure system reliability and performance under load.
• Summarize complex technical information clearly and effectively for diverse audiences.
