Job description

We are seeking a skilled System Development Engineer with strong networking experience and expertise in network data analysis and visualization platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain systems infrastructure while leveraging tools like Splunk to monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance.
This is a highly collaborative position that interfaces with Engineering, Operations, Deployment and Security teams.
Key job responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable system architectures and infrastructure
Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes
Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for system updates and releases
Write scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and infrastructure issues
Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various network sources
Generate actionable insights from network traffic analysis
Deploy, configure, and maintain Splunk or equivalent platforms (ELK Stack, Grafana, Datadog)
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for network and system metrics
Analyze log data to identify trends, anomalies, and security threats
