  • Lead regular operational touchpoints with WAN providers to review delivery status, service quality, and upcoming business needs.
  • Perform bandwidth and capacity planning to support business growth, production demands, and new site launches.
  • Coordinate major LAN-related requests such as new site deployments, VLAN additions, network expansions, and significant infrastructure changes.
  • Manage local networks
  • Ensure infrastructure changes are properly documented, approved, communicated, and aligned with governance processes.
  • Support infrastructure readiness for business expansion, factory changes, and new operational requirements.
  • Support factory-focused infrastructure architecture, including alignment between enterprise IT and OT/manufacturing environments.
  • Review proposed infrastructure solutions and validate that designs support reliability, scalability, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
  • Identify infrastructure risks, technical gaps, and non-standard designs; escalate where needed and recommend mitigation plans.
  • Ensure global infrastructure governance is balanced appropriately with local, regional, and factory operational needs.
  • Coordinate ordering and infrastructure demand related to on-premises server environments, hybrid platforms, and cloud-hosted services.
  • Support planning and governance across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure landscapes.
  • Ensure infrastructure architecture and service delivery comply with cybersecurity requirements, internal controls, and company standards.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to identify, assess, and address infrastructure-related risks.
  • Promote secure and resilient infrastructure practices across factory, office, and multi-site environments.
  • Act as an infrastructure escalation point during major incidents, partnering with site teams, service providers, and technical stakeholders to accelerate recovery.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with vendors and internal teams to reduce incident frequency and improve service stability.
  • Translate technical issues, risks, and recommendations into clear business-impact language for non-technical audiences.
  • Support execution of global IT strategy while balancing local operational and factory needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in infrastructure processes, documentation, governance, and service transparency.
