Quality Life Services operates 10 skilled nursing facilities, as well as a Family Home Health and Hospice, Quality Medical Associates, Quality Pharmacy, and Quality Staffing. Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Monitor network performance, uptime, and security using network management tools; proactively address issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems for clinical and administrative users.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
  • Perform routine system updates, patching, and firmware upgrades.
  • Assist with network segmentation and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational security policies.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Travel to facilities as needed to provide on-site technical support and assistance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network administration or a related IT role.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting.
  • Experience with network hardware such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent preferred.
