Role Summary

As an IT Systems & Infrastructure Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day IT operations across computer systems, software, hardware, and basic network infrastructure. Working under the guidance of senior IT team members, you will assist with user support, system maintenance, and monitoring activities while developing practical skills in an enterprise IT environment.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn systems administration, networking fundamentals, and IT support best practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing Level 1 IT support for internal users related to computer systems, software, hardware, and basic network issues.
  • Support the maintenance and availability of operating systems and end-user computing environments.
  • Assist with routine system maintenance tasks, including backups, file maintenance, and basic recovery activities under supervision.
  • Help with installation, configuration, and testing of system software updates and patches.
  • Assist in configuring software and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Support monitoring of network activity, firewall rules, VPN access, and security alerts under guidance.
  • Help maintain software licensing records and IT documentation.
  • Assist with basic Active Directory and Office 365 user administration tasks (e.g., user onboarding, access requests).
  • Accurately document issues, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Follow company IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
