Job description

Our long-term client based in Dallas is seeking an Infrastructure Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that support enterprise infrastructure initiatives, with a focus on M365 and cross-functional data exchange.

This is a 1-year contract position working 3 days on-site/week in Dallas, TX. If you’re excited about shaping infrastructure and integration solutions in a collaborative, midsize company environment, we’d love to hear from you.

COMP: Up to $80/HR depending on candidate experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and Divisional IT to understand complex business needs and design technical solutions
  • Lead requirements design and documentation (specs, process flows, use cases, workflows)
  • Review and improve business processes, systems, and applications through gap analysis
  • Coordinate integration plans, timelines, and milestones across internal and technical teams
  • Engage stakeholders and end users through outreach sessions, presentations, and clear communications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, IT systems integration, or related roles
  • Strong experience with enterprise IT infrastructures and M365
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies and relationships across technical and business teams
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized, problem-solving mindset with experience handling complex issues
