Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and technically curious Network Security & Network Engineering Intern to join our Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise network environments and the security controls used to protect critical systems and data.
The intern will support the design, maintenance, and security of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, while gaining experience in real-world cybersecurity operations.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (routers, switches, and firewalls)
  • Support network security operations by helping enforce policies that protect systems and data from unauthorized access
  • Help troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues across enterprise environments
  • Assist with firewall rule reviews, change requests, and documentation processes
  • Participate in change management activities related to network and infrastructure updates
  • Support network configuration and implementation efforts under guidance from senior engineers
  • Help document network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams on network-related initiatives
  • Assist with monitoring tools and alerting systems to identify potential security or operational issues
