Avaya technical experience a must; Cisco IPT a huge plus

IPT (Avaya and Cisco) and Legacy support coverage is 24*7,

24x7 Monitoring of Voice Infrastructure globally (IPT, BT, NEO, Radar); through incident management, troubleshooting, escalation, restoration

Response, triage and restoration of incidents

Raise and implement site dispatches for hardware replacement; break-fix changes for faulty equipment, incident troubleshooting & issue resolutions.

24x7 Critical Group Lync / MindAlign chat channel monitoring

Level 1 RADAR secure PBX health check and maintenance.

ReliaTel and Nectar Alerts validation and Sanity checks

Daily / weekly processes; i.e. Start of Day preparation, vendor service reviews

Daily global device health check of IPT infrastructure

Vendor management (raising incidents and tracking resolution status).

Vendor management for vendor & carrier related outages.

Scheduled Reboot of voicemail servers for both IPT & Legacy infrastructure.

Regional & Global Daily Service Review calls representation.

Change management for operational, incident, project & break-fix

Post Incident Review preparation of IPT related incidents & outages

Voice project support covering migrations, new branch implementations, branch relocation, design changes, inter branch dialing etc. (both on Avaya and Cisco)

Project management and coordination of project activities.

Avaya IPT staging, pre-implementation and implementation support of NGCN WMA Branch deployment; to include:

Review of Communication Manager (CM) configuration of locations; i.e. phone IPs, Network Regions, etc

Build CM network maps for new IP subnets

Creation of test extensions

Activate monitoring for phone registration

Validation of phone connectivity through new Juniper platform

Change IP network parameters on Avaya Media Gateways

Test call scenarios / validation

Validate carrier data failover to ensure phone registration

Validate all call functionality

Appropriate allocation of resources to support 20 branch migration per weekend with staging during week; recognizing any system access limitations.
