Edison NJ
100% Onsite Position  W2 Fulltime

At Least 10+ Years experience required 

Role Description:
Expertise in Cisco WAN/LAN Technologies, Firewall and Security systems, Load Balancing and Data Center Networking.
Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems
Design, implement, and support a Cisco centric WAN, LAN, and WLAN environment. This includes routers, firewalls, security, wireless, LAN switching, and Nexus Data Center.
Helps maintain proper use of network monitoring systems
Implement and push firewall rules, Configure LTM, F5 pool etc.
Run application performance and packet analysis using Wireshark.
Support site to site VPNs and client VPN solutions.
Work with emerging technologies such as SD-WAN or Data Center products.
Generate clear and concise documentation in the form of case notes, Knowledge base and network diagrams.
Assist with Voice over IP implementation and support.
Follow proper change management processes and escalation procedures.
Ensure customers receive prompt, accurate and courteous service.
Engage vendors and carriers as required to assist in troubleshooting or implementation of network solutions.
Assist in the development of documentation and SOPโ€™s for the department.
Assist other team members with special projects and technology rollouts.
