Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate, Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating and streamlining our operations and processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshooting and resolving issues in our development, test, and production environments.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure and Automation

·        Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to manage infrastructure.

·        Design, implement, and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to enable rapid software development and deployment.

·        Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance, reliability, and availability using tools.

·        Collaborate effectively across teams to streamline repetitive tasks.

·        Implement and manage security best practices, including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

·        Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks; recommend and implement performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

·        A minimum of four years of experience as an Associate Developer or in a similar role.

·        Background working with vendor-provided API's.

·        Scripting skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or PowerShell.

·        Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and VBA.

·        Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day workflows.

·        Demonstrates a general understanding or curiosity about financial markets, stocks and broader business trends.

·        Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

·        Self-motivated and eager to learn.

·        Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism and integrity

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

·        Experience with Power Automate.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Proficiency with automation tools.

·        Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.

·        Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

·        Background working with Redis and/or Hashi Corp Vault.

·        Comfortable working across Windows and Linux environments.
