Job Summary:
Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a Network Engineer for Arcticom, LLC, which provides network and systems administration services. The Network Engineer will be responsible for developing network topologies, providing technical support, implementing cybersecurity controls, and contributing to technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop network topologies and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Implement DOD cybersecurity controls and RMF.
• Support secure communication links and reporting.
• Provide surge support during fiscal year-end.
• Contribute to SOPs and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or related (substitutable with 8 years)
• Minimum 4 years in network engineering, preferably DOD
• Must obtain DOD 8140 IA certifications
• Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
• DOD Secret clearance
• Government contractor experience
