  • Lead warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization initiatives
  • Design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies
  • Develop and improve zone optimization strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain network cost models to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with algorithm, operations, and technology teams to improve routing and planning systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional network operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods
  • Drive transit time and service level optimization across the logistics network
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, or supply chain optimization
  • Strong understanding of route planning, warehouse operations, and logistics network structures
  • Experience with cost modeling, operational analytics, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities
