Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite with local travel)
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 / year (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Network & Systems Support Technician to join a growing IT team in Oklahoma City. This hands-on role is focused on supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, firewalls, wireless environments, and core IT systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting network connectivity, managing switches and firewalls, and supporting Windows-based infrastructure while delivering excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their networking expertise while gaining exposure to enterprise infrastructure and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, including VPN connectivity, security policies, and network performance
  • Support and administer NetGear and Aruba switches, including VLAN configuration and network troubleshooting
  • Deploy, configure, and support Aruba and UniFi wireless networks
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues involving DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, and switching
  • Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot structured network cabling
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity across multiple locations
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenant environments
  • Support Windows Server environments, Hyper-V virtualization, and Active Directory
  • Configure and manage Group Policy (GPO)
  • Support Windows and Mac workstations and end-user technology
  • Configure and maintain NAS storage devices
  • Support printers and multifunction devices
  • Document network configurations, system changes, and technical resolutions
  • Provide responsive technical support while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure, IT systems, or enterprise technology environments
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, preferably SonicWall
  • Experience supporting managed network switches (Aruba, NetGear, Cisco, or similar)
  • Understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and wireless networking
  • Experience supporting enterprise wireless environments
  • Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Hyper-V virtualization
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac endpoints
  • Network cabling installation and termination experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Nice to Have
  • CompTIA Network+, Security+, or A+ certifications
  • Experience supporting SQL environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • MSP or multi-site support experience
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring or network management tools
