C2 Datacenter Network Architect, Lead
The Opportunity:
A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable our C2 clients to achieve their missions, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their current and evolving needs? Crafting the right network with the right equipment and sof tware requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That's why we need you, a seasoned C2 Datacenter Network Architect who knows how to develop the exact network the Intelligence Community needs.
As the lead network architect for our team, you'll use your experience in data center network architecture and design to support the nation's defense and resp ond to evolving adversarial threats. You'll be responsible for the design and implementation of a critical network data center for a high-priority mission partner.
You'll apply your expertise in sof tware defined networks, transport, and security as you guide our team of problem-solvers to develop tomorrow's next-generation network.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience as a network engineering lead or architect for large Enterprise DoD Networks
  • Experience with sof tware defined networks
  • Experience designing highly available data center networks with 20+ distributed spoke sites
  • Knowledge of L2-L4 networking across protocols in multi-vendor environments
  • Knowledge of modern network architecture and best practices, including Spine-Leaf
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting enterprise intelligence networks such as JWICS, JADC2, NC3, or C3BMC
  • Experience planning and provisioning DISN Network Transport
  • Experience implementing Next Generation Firewalls and SD-WAN
  • Experience developing hybrid cloud networks
  • Experience with cross-domain and multi-layer enclave solutions
  • Cisco CCIE Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
