Position Summary:
The IT Sr Network Analyst position is vital for maintaining and enhancing our IT Network infrastructure.
The role involves:
  • Supporting network infrastructures at the CA sites and ensuring its optimal performance and business operations availability.
  • Managing and monitoring the technical networks and its security infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with regional US IT and global WI teams to align IT strategies and initiatives.
  • Acting as the IT liaison for the CA sites network team, providing support and coordination for IT network related activities.
  • Leading a team, including an Infrastructure Tech Spec I, and team member of the CA sites IT professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives

This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in IT Network infrastructure management, strong leadership and communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with business and global teams
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Performs system analysis which includes completing requirement definitions, interfacing with business groups and providing cost and benefit analysis.
  • Reviews, plans, and implements computer systems. Troubleshoots systems and recommend improvements to the computing environment.
  • Provides documentation and project tracking. Serves as a project leader on assigned projects.
  • Participates in new technology evaluations related to information. Identify alternative or new technologies and assist in defining new global and regional IT standards.
  • Assists Systems Analysts, Network Administrators and the helpdesk, desk-side support group with technical support issues.
  • Coordinates and participates in regional and global project and operational efforts.
  • Defines and revises SOPs and system validation plans as required to meet corporate business needs and support the company's validation requirements.
  • Prepares project status reports to inform management to project progression.
  • Identify any issues, which need to be escalated for resolution or assistance.
  • Provides escalated user support.
  • Monitors system alerts and alarms generated from operational monitoring systems.
  • Monitors activities of and coordinates activities with service providers, partners and vendors for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
