Each year, we service hundreds of thousands of policyholders worldwide, from our consumer insurance to government solutions. At Seven Corners, we work as a team to solve problems, drive innovation, and enhance our customer experience.

Our Account Manager is focused on improving quality and achieving financial goals within our government programs. As our Account Manager, you will negotiate and administer cost effective agreements with specialty providers. These providers will deliver quality healthcare services to inmates at Federal Prisons where Seven Corners manages comprehensive medical services. You will be providing support for current and future business for the Bureau of Prisons team, securing Letters of Intent and establishing preliminary relationships. You will also be responsible for analyzing data related to payment, utilization, and network gaps. You will also develop strong relationships with executive teams and providers affiliated with our network hospitals to achieve network growth and cost targets.

What you already know and have done:

  • Proven experience in provider contracting, including contract and reimbursement negotiation.
  • Ability to and effectively interact and present information to practice administrators, physicians, and executives
  • Identify network gaps and opportunities through data analysis
  • Negotiate medical claims for out of network providers
  • Provide high quality customer service to resolve escalated or challenging customer situations through prompt response and follow through to commitments
  • High attention to detail with emphasis on customer service best practices

ideally you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or contract negotiation preferred
  • Basic understanding of Medicare Parts A and B reimbursement
  • Seeks to build, foster, and maintain productive relationships to meet and achieve contracted goals
  • Strategic revenue driven thinking
  • The ability to quickly pivot and adopt new ways of doing business with a customer-first focus
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, understanding, and confidentiality for account contracts and Request for Proposals
  • Proven organizational skills, time management skills, strategic planning, change management, multitasking and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven account management or sales support experience
  • Demonstrated clear and persuasive communication in all situations to ensure clear expectations of requests and accountability for prompt follow through
  • Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness to meet customer needs
  • Proven problem-solving skill set through process improvement and identification of quality improvements to meet customer needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
