At Grand Appliance and TV, we’re committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences—and that starts in our warehouses. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support our delivery team and ensure our customers get exactly what they ordered, on time and in perfect condition. This position is located at our warehouse in Sturtevant, WI and has a schedule from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, with one off day during the week.

What You'll Do:

  • Support warehouse operations working with sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Allocate and scan product accurately to prepare for customer deliveries.
  • Review and process documents, ensuring all paperwork matches the physical product.
  • Read and respond to internal emails, print delivery documents, check routes for accuracy.
  • Use systems like NetSuite and Microsoft Outlook to manage inventory and fulfillment communications.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in delivery or warehouse is preferred
  • Prior experience with warehouse systems (NetSuite is a bonus)
  • Experience using RF scanning equipment
  • Comfort with using Microsoft office tools like Outlook and Excel.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, especially around delivery and installation needs.
