Job Description: À PROPOS DE VOLATUS AÉROSPACE Volatus Aérospace développe la première capacité souveraine canadienne de RPAS. Dans le cadre de cette initiative, nous mettons en place à Mirabel un centre d’innovation et de fabrication de classe mondiale dédié aux RPAS, réunissant l’ingénierie, les opérations de vol, les systèmes autonomes et la fabrication. APERCU DU POSTE Le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) Approvisionnement, Inventaire et Entrepôt contribue au bon fonctionnement des opérations manufacturières en assurant le soutien aux activités d'approvisionnement, de gestion des inventaires et de coordination des flux de matériel. Relevant du Directeur des opérations, le titulaire du poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Production, d'Ingénierie, de Qualité et de Finances afin de s'assurer que les matériaux requis sont disponibles au moment opportun, correctement enregistrés dans le système ERP et gérés efficacement à travers les différentes étapes du processus opérationnel. Ce poste offre une excellente opportunité de développement professionnel pour une personne souhaitant bâtir une carrière en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Dans un premier temps, le rôle comporte une forte implication dans la gestion des inventaires et les opérations d'entrepôt. À mesure que l'entreprise poursuit sa croissance, le titulaire sera appelé à développer davantage ses responsabilités en approvisionnement et en gestion des fournisseurs. RESPONSIBILITIÉES PRINCIPALES Approvisionnement et gestion des fournisseurs Créer, émettre et assurer le suivi des bons de commande dans le système ERP (NetSuite). Effectuer les demandes de prix auprès des fournisseurs. Comparer les soumissions et recommander les meilleures options selon les coûts, les délais et la qualité. Assurer le suivi des commandes afin de respecter les échéanciers de production. Participer au développement et au maintien des relations avec les fournisseurs. Collaborer avec les opérations et la production afin de planifier les besoins en matériel. Maintenir à jour les informations fournisseurs, listes de prix et documents requis. Participer à la recherche et à l'évaluation de nouveaux fournisseurs. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques d'approvisionnement. Effectuer toute autre tâche ou responsabilité connexe pouvant lui être assignée raisonnablement par l’Entreprise au besoin. Gestion et contrôle des inventaires Surveiller les niveaux d'inventaire et déclencher les réapprovisionnements selon les paramètres établis. Effectuer les comptages cycliques et participer aux inventaires annuels. Analyser et corriger les écarts d'inventaire. Maintenir l'intégrité des données d'inventaire dans le système ERP. Assurer le suivi des stocks de sécurité. Participer à l'identification et à la réduction des inventaires excédentaires ou obsolètes. Coordonner les transferts de matériel entre les différentes zones d'entreposage. Assurer le suivi des produits non conformes selon les procédures en vigueur. Coordination de l'entrepôt et soutien aux opérations Réceptionner et vérifier les marchandises reçues. Valider la conformité des réceptions avec les bons de commande. Assurer l'identification, l'étiquetage et l'entreposage adéquat du matériel. Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire. Coordonner les mouvements de matériel afin de répondre aux besoins de la production. Préparer et distribuer les matériaux requis pour les opérations. Participer aux activités d'expédition lorsque requis. Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de gestion des flux de matériel. Respecter et promouvoir les normes de santé et sécurité. Responsabilités ERP et administratives Assurer l'exactitude des données d'approvisionnement, d'inventaire et de réception dans NetSuite. Effectuer les transactions de réception, ajustements d'inventaire et mouvements de matériel. Produire des rapports liés aux achats, aux inventaires et aux fournisseurs. Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration des processus et d'optimisation du système ERP. Supporter les activités de réconciliation d'inventaire et de fin de mois. Maintenir l'intégrité des données transactionnelles. QUALIFICATIONS Formations & Expérience DEC, AEC ou BAC en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique, gestion des opérations, administration ou domaine connexe. Expérience en approvisionnement, gestion des inventaires, logistique ou environnement manufacturier considérée comme un atout. Les stages, emplois étudiants ou expériences pertinentes en milieu manufacturier seront considérés. Expérience avec un système ERP, idéalement NetSuite, constitue un atout. Compétences et aptitudes Intérêt marqué pour l'approvisionnement, la logistique et les opérations manufacturières. Excellentes capacités d'organisation et souci du détail. Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique. JOB OVERVIEW The Supply Chain, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by coordinating purchasing activities, inventory management, and material flow throughout the organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual works closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure that required materials are available when needed, accurately tracked within the ERP system, and efficiently managed throughout the supply chain process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a career in supply chain and operations management. Initially, the role will involve significant participation in inventory control and warehouse coordination activities. As the company continues to grow, the successful candidate will have opportunities to expand their responsibilities in purchasing, supplier management, and strategic procurement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Purchasing & Supplier Management Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) within the ERP system (NetSuite). Obtain quotations from suppliers and assist in the sourcing process. Compare supplier proposals based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on schedule. Support the development and maintenance of supplier relationships. Collaborate with Operations and Production teams to identify material requirements. Maintain supplier records, pricing information, and supporting documentation. Assist in evaluating and onboarding new suppliers. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to purchasing and supply chain activities. Inventory Management & Control Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as required. Perform cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system. Monitor and manage safety stock levels. Assist in identifying and reducing excess or obsolete inventory. Coordinate material transfers between storage locations. Ensure proper management of non-conforming materials in designated quarantine areas. Warehouse Coordination & Operational Support Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments. Validate receipts against purchase orders and shipping documentation. Ensure materials are properly labeled, identified, and stored. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Coordinate material movement to support production requirements. Prepare and distribute materials for production and internal requests. Assist with shipping activities when required. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and warehouse efficiency. Promote and comply with all health and safety requirements. ERP & Administrative Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of purchasing, inventory, and receiving data in NetSuite. Perform receiving transactions, inventory adjustments, and material movements. Generate reports related to purchasing activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Participate in ERP optimization and process improvement initiatives. Support month-end inventory reconciliation activities with the Finance team. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of transactional data. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Diploma, AEC, DEC, or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in purchasing, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset. Relevant internships, co-op placements, summer employment, or hands-on industry experience will be considered. Experience working with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite, is an asset.
