Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Senior Consultant to lead ERP implementations and help clients modernize finance and operations through AI, automation, and data-driven insights.

This role extends beyond implementation-you'll partner with clients to improve processes and operating models, connect business and technology, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations (design, configuration, testing, go-live)

  • Co-create solutions with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders

  • Configure NetSuite across core modules (Financials, O2C, P2P, Inventory, etc.)

  • Drive delivery outcomes-managing scope, risks, and key decisions

  • Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation across legacy and target systems for accurate, audit-ready deployments

  • Design reporting, dashboards, and insights for business decision-making

  • Identify and embed AI and automation opportunities (forecasting, workflows, copilots)

  • Partner with technical teams on integrations and solution architecture

  • Build client relationships and support change, training, and adoption

  • Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative team culture

  • 5-8+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience in functional consulting, solution design, or business transformation roles

  • Strong background in finance and operational processes, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, business process design, and workshop facilitation

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, practical solution designs

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups

  • Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing presentation skills

  • Industry subject matter expertise in one or more sectors such as software/SaaS, professional services, distribution, manufacturing, or nonprofit

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor by bringing industry perspective and practical leading practices to client solution design

  • Experience with AI, automation, or analytics in business environments
  • Familiarity with Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Celigo, Power BI, Tableau, and MCP connectors to NetSuite

  • Ability to identify and apply AI use cases that drive business value

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification preferred; additional NetSuite certifications beneficial

  • CPA Certification 

  • Industry Subject Matter Expertise 

  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles

  • Exposure to multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) environments
