Location: Reno, NV (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract / Temporary Assignment
Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, standard business hours
About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume ERP system transition project. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, order management, sales support, and CRM/ERP platforms who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving customer issues with accuracy and urgency.
This is a fully onsite position in Reno, NV, supporting critical customer-facing operations during a major business systems migration.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service requests, tickets, and CRM cases.
  • Route and escalate inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Process and maintain sales orders within ERP systems.
  • Investigate and resolve order exceptions and transaction issues.
  • Provide customer support through phone and web chat channels.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy during system transition activities.
  • Identify and escalate inventory, pricing, credit, and fulfillment issues.
  • Manage high-volume transaction queues while meeting service expectations and response timelines.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or related functions.
  • Experience working within ERP and/or CRM systems (such as NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms).
