NetSuite Consultant (Procurement) โ€“ 6 Month Contract - San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Overview Weโ€™re seeking a Netsuite Consultant with strong procurement expertise to support a transformation initiative. The ideal consultant brings handsโ€‘on experience with P2P workflows, vendor management, and approval routing, along with exposure to Zip or Coupa for intake, sourcing, or procurement orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and configure Netsuite procurement and purchasing modules (POs, vendor records, item sourcing, approvals).
  • Streamline P2P workflows, including requisition intake, routing, and compliance.
  • Integrate or align Netsuite processes with Zip or Coupa (preferred).
  • Troubleshoot procurement transactions, data issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure clean handoffs and accurate reporting.
  • Document process changes and provide light enablement to business users.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years Netsuite functional experience with strong Procurement / P2P depth.
  • Handsโ€‘on configuration of purchasing, approvals, vendor management, and procurement workflows.
  • Experience with Zip or Coupa (intake, sourcing, approvals, or integrations).
  • Ability to operate independently in a fastโ€‘moving environment and deliver quick wins.

Contract Length 6 months, with potential extension based on project needs.
