Role Summary
The AI & Business Systems Advisory Manager will help clients modernize and optimize their business operations through technology, automation, and strategic systems consulting. This role will work closely with middle-market and high-growth companies to evaluate, implement, customize, and improve ERP and business systems environments, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite and integrated financial technology ecosystems.
This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on consultant, helping clients solve operational challenges through process engineering, systems architecture, integrations, data flow design, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies. The ideal candidate is technically strong, business-minded, and passionate about helping organizations scale through better systems and smarter processes.
Location
Salt Lake City, UT, Lehi, UT or Phoenix AZ (Remote applications also accepted). Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, training, and collaboration with leadership teams.
The ideal candidates will have the following qualities:
Required
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, ERP systems, or CPA/financial systems in a consulting, advisory, implementation, or administration capacity.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, integrations, system optimization, and business process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial workflows, and business systems architecture.
  • Experience with data flows, APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Preferred
  • CPA licensed
  • NetSuite certifications or experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect.
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot code/scripts related to integrations, workflows, reporting, or system customizations.
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms and automation tools.
  • Experience advising clients on software selection and technology strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Professional responsibilities will include tasks such as the following:
  • Lead ERP and business systems advisory engagements with a primary focus on NetSuite environments.
  • Assist clients with software selection, implementation planning, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and manage integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, automations, scripts, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Analyze and improve client operational processes through process engineering and systems alignment.
  • Support clients with functional consulting, administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Build and document scalable data flows and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client leadership to identify opportunities for AI and automation-driven efficiencies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that improve reporting, operational visibility, scalability, and decision-making.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, ERP trends, and AI-enabled business solutions.
