Rooms To Go is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP environment. As the primary system owner, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure NetSuite runs reliably, scales with the business, and delivers accurate data to every team that depends on it. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving business problems with a system they know inside and out.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, managing user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security and SOX/segregation-of-duties requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Configure and maintain custom fields, forms, records, lists, workflows, saved searches, and reports to support evolving business needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and leadership.
  • Evaluate and test new NetSuite features during release previews and coordinate the rollout of enhancements with minimal business disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data integrity problems, escalating to NetSuite Support or external partners as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end close by ensuring NetSuite, reporting, and related integrations are functioning properly.
  • Manage and monitor integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications, including CRM, payroll, expense management, e-commerce, EDI, and tax systems.
  • Maintain data quality through imports, mass updates, deduplication, and ongoing data governance.
  • Document system configurations, processes, procedures, and system changes.
  • Train and support end users and develop job aids and documentation to encourage adoption and self-service.
  • Partner with developers and consultants on SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics customizations and manage sandbox-to-production change control.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and related modules.
  • Proficiency with saved searches, custom reports, workflows (SuiteFlow), custom records, and custom fields.
  • Solid understanding of core accounting and business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
  • Experience managing user roles, permissions, access controls, and system security.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • NetSuite certification, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or other NetSuite integration technologies.
  • Experience with integration platforms or middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with SOX, segregation-of-duties controls, and audit requirements.
  • Experience supporting a NetSuite implementation, major upgrade, or significant system enhancement.
  • Experience supporting NetSuite within a retail, distribution, or other high-volume transactional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
