Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for the configuration, customization, maintenance, and support of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite modules and be adept at translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
Location & Reporting
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (On-site 5 days per week)
Travel: Required as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred

Reports to: VP of IT
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment, including managing user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite forms, fields, records, saved searches, workflows, and reports to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide end-user training and support for NetSuite functionality, troubleshooting issues, and managing support tickets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement system enhancements and new features.
  • Manage NetSuite upgrades, testing, and deployment of system changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Assist with the integration of NetSuite with other third-party applications.
  • Work with the finance and operations teams to optimize NetSuite functionality, particularly in areas like Advanced Financials, Inventory Management, Suite Billing & Suite Tax.
  • Implementing new subsidiaries and countries in Netsuite

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dedicated NetSuite Administrator supporting a global organization

Skills
  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Script).
  • Familiarity with Suite Script (1.0/2.0) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Very strong attention to details
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to translate company needs into functional specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (not required)
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Suite Foundation certification or other NetSuite certifications.

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
  • Maintain 99.9% NetSuite system availability during business hours.
  • Resolve critical NetSuite support issues within established SLA targets and maintain high end-user satisfaction.
  • Successfully implement all approved NetSuite enhancements on schedule with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Complete the implementation of new subsidiaries, countries, and business entities while ensuring compliance with company standards and local requirements.
  • Improve system efficiency by identifying and implementing automation opportunities that reduce manual processes and increase productivity.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation for configurations, workflows, customizations, integrations, and business processes.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, user access reviews, and system health checks.
  • Successfully support all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities without system-related delays.
  • Optimize key NetSuite modules-including Financials, Inventory Management, Suite Billing, and Suite Tax-to improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver end-user training and maintain high user adoption of new features and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver strategic ERP initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all NetSuite releases, upgrades, and testing activities are completed successfully with no critical post-deployment issues.
