Hiring Range: $63,065 - $93,600 annually

Join Lee Health's Finance team as a Net Revenue Analyst and use your healthcare and analytical expertise to turn financial data into insights that support smarter decisions and better patient care. This hybrid opportunity offers 3 days remote and 2 days in the office
The Net Revenue Analyst is responsible for the organization's net patient revenue valuation, financial reporting, and reimbursement analytics processes; Analyze trends and contractual allowances to forecast net revenue; Build dashboards and produce reports detailing revenue performance and variances. This role serves as a key contributor to the accuracy of financial statements by analyzing reimbursement trends, maintaining valuation models, and providing data-driven insights that support executive financial decision-making.
The position collaborates with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Reimbursement teams to support accurate and compliant recognition of net patient revenue.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Business or related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 yr Revenue cycle experience required. 1 to 3 years in healthcare finance preferred. Epic, Kodiak, Strata, or similar healthcare financial systems preferred.
Certification: N/A
License: N/A
Other: Advanced Excel and analytical skills required. Understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement concepts. Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends. Strong attention to detail
