Job Description:

Technical Leadership & Ownership

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance frontend solutions using Angular (latest versions).
  • Drive architectural decisions including Angular Micro Frontends (MFE), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and modular design patterns.
  • Conductwhiteboarding sessions, define solution architecture, and guide the team in implementation best practices.
  • Take ownership of both quality and quantity of deliverables, ensuring timelines and standards are consistently met.
  • Adept at performing Code reviews
  • Ensure high standards in Code quality
  • Application performance
  • Scalability and maintainability
  • Advocate for performance-first development mindset across the team.

What you must have:

  • Strong hands-on expertise 8+ years in: Angular Framework TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience in code refactoring, improving maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Deep understanding of Web Performance Metrics including Core Web Vitals optimization techniques:
  • Solid understanding of backend systems Java or NET .
  • Ability to Read and interpret backend code when required.
  • Leverage AI tools effectively to analyze backend logic and accelerate development.
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and optimized data flow.
  • Promote and implement spec-driven development approaches.
  • Stay updated and adopt modern frontend trends, frameworks, and evolving architectural patterns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices aligned with industry standards.
  • Must have experience with AI-Driven Development & Automation
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and agents for (2 years of exp):
