Job description

Job Title: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Lansing, MI

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core

  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services

  • Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React (as applicable)

  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries

  • Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance tuning

  • Implement secure coding practices and follow SDLC standards

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams

  • Support application deployments and production issues

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

  • Prepare technical documentation and design specifications


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a .NET Developer

  • Strong expertise in:

    • C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API

    • .NET Core / .NET 6+

    • Entity Framework

  • Solid experience with SQL Server

  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SDLC
