Job Description
The Digital Transformation Applications Developer I is a mission-critical role responsible for engineering, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level software solutions within a secure Department of War (DoW) environment. This position leverages a diverse technical stack-including ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, C#, and ASP.NET-to modernize customer workflows and enhance data visualization through Power BI dashboards.
The successful candidate will operate as part of a high-collaboration team, ensuring all developments adhere to rigorous DISA STIG compliance and cybersecurity standards while integrating modern AI methodologies and API-driven data structures to support mission objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow Development: Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications. Responsibilities include designing UI policies, managing customer workflows, and supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Microsoft Power Applications: Design, build, and deploy low-code/no-code custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to modernize and optimize legacy processes.
  • Data Visualization & Analytics: Develop visualization applications and build interactive dashboards utilizing Microsoft Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and real-time project tracking.
  • Full-Stack Programming: Design, code, test, and deploy software solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
  • API & Data Integration: Develop, manage, and maintain API integrations. Execute data calls to connect disparate systems, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across the enterprise architecture.
  • AI Methodologies: Apply an understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) methodologies and their interactions within development structures to support the integration of intelligent features into modern applications.
  • Workflow Optimization: Engineer and implement automated project tracking and customer workflows to streamline business processes across platforms (ServiceNow, Power Apps, custom applications).
