Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Argo Teller Platform Developer with strong expertise in Argo Traditional Client, .NET development, and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience supporting enterprise banking teller platforms, working with Argo version 6 objects, and building secure, resilient applications in a large corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and support applications on the Argo Traditional Client Teller platform
  • Work extensively with Argo version 6 development objects, including:
    • Enablers
    • WOGS
    • AOGS
    • Host communications
    • Electronic Journal (EJ)
    • Totals.NET Bridge and external extensions using C#
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications to ensure operational stability and performance
  • Manage, query, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Participate in system design, application architecture, and technical solutioning
  • Support full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including development, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large corporate banking environment
  • Apply agile and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, resiliency, and security best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across application, database, and platform layers
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Argo Traditional Client Teller platform
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Strong hands-on experience with Argo version 6 development, including EJ and Totals.NET Bridge
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET application development
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining applications in enterprise-scale environments
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience with additional programming languages:
    • Java
    • PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of Alogent Branch Deposit Engine
  • Experience working with OCR processing and XML integrations
  • Exposure to modern technical domains such as cloud platforms, AI/ML, or distributed systems (nice to have)
