Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer with strong hands-on experience building scalable backend services and APIs, preferably within healthcare, payer, provider, or life sciences environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Node.js, cloud-native architectures, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js.

  • Build and optimize RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for healthcare applications.

  • Integrate with healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, claims platforms, member portals, and third-party APIs.

  • Implement secure data handling practices to ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance.

  • Work closely with product managers, frontend teams, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
