NET Training Development Specialist
Sterling Heights, MI
$45.64 - $47.09/Hour
Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance
Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain training materials in accordance with Government regulations and contract requirements
  • Deliver platform instruction to Soldiers, Marines, and New Equipment Training (NET) personnel
  • Maintain Instructor Certification for assigned military platforms
  • Execute training for newly fielded military ground vehicle systems
  • Update and manage Programs of Instruction (POI) for trainers and military school instructors
  • Perform data entry and maintain records within the Army Training Doctrine Database (TDC)
  • Create and revise technical documentation, including system procedures, presentations, and training content
  • Ensure training materials align with DA Pam 350-70 and related training development guidance

Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience through military service as an Abrams or Bradley Master Gunner
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • 8-12+ years supporting military operations or training programs
  • Prior experience as a formal instructor (Abrams, Bradley, or other ground combat vehicle platforms preferred)
  • Military training development (DA Pam 350-70)
  • Technical documentation and training material development
  • Army training systems (TDC, POI development)
  • Instructional delivery for ground combat vehicle systems
  • Ability to work both independently and within structured program environments
