Job Description - Senior QA Engineering Leader (Automation & Platform Modernization):*
Seasoned Quality Engineering leader responsible for architecting, enhancing, and scaling enterprise-grade automation frameworks across Batch, API, and UI layers. Drives modernization of QA ecosystems, accelerates delivery through CI/CD optimization, and enables engineering teams with intelligent automation utilities and Copilot powered capabilities.
*Key Responsibilities**
*Automation Architecture & Framework Engineering*
- Design, enhance, and maintain QEC automation frameworks supporting batch jobs, REST APIs, and UI workflows.
- Implement new framework capabilities to support evolving business and technical requirements.
- Reverse engineer complex applications and source code to derive functional flows, test scenarios, and automation requirements.
- Build reusable utilities, internal Copilot skills, and gap identification tools to improve engineering efficiency and test coverage.
- Design, configure, and maintain TWS job workflows for batch execution, including job dependencies, scheduling, monitoring, and recovery handling to ensure seamless end to end batch processing across integrated systems. - *Optional*

- Manage and maintain CT servers and environments hosted on the Azure platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
- Integrate automation frameworks with Azure services including Pipelines, Test Plans, Token Services, and GitHub/Git Actions.

- Lead onboarding of new applications into the automation ecosystem, including framework integration, test strategy definition, and CI/CD alignment.
- Partner with AD teams to troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, environment issues, and integration defects.

- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated execution, reporting, and quality gates.
