Job Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator (AI Automations & Slate Ops) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI-driven development workflows, web application maintenance, and cross-functional project coordination and a proven ability to ship features, streamline operations through automation, and maintain accurate, real-time project reporting. Responsibilities: Use approved AI tools to vibe code and submit diffs for Nest and Hatch sites, building features for project information, milestones, and status reporting. Drive development workflows using AI tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, and internal AI surfaces to accelerate production timelines and reduce manual processes. Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines. Build and maintain automation workflows connecting Nest/Hatch sites to internal CMS for real-time tracking and reporting. Prototype and integrate AI capabilities into operations including code generation, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Partner with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements and site improvements. Ensure project documentation is current, accessible, and utilized by vertical project leads. Monitor active Nest/Hatch sites for performance and data accuracy, flag issues to stakeholders, and track bugs. Submit fixes via diffs and coordinate with affected development teams. Assess project status to evaluate system stability and performance metrics and document weekly activities and asset readiness. Support onboarding to new product requirements, AI tool adoption, and Nest/Hatch workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years in application development, vibe coding, project coordination, or related field. Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or equivalent LLM-based assistants. Experience submitting diffs and working within code review workflows. Experience building and maintaining web applications or sites using Nest/Hatch or similar frameworks. Ability to coordinate project work streams, track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams. Experience integrating AI into production pipelines and development operations. Familiarity with project management systems and connections to production tooling. Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration. Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI code generation at scale. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Background in automation architecture including systems integration, triggers, and data flows across tools. Experience coordinating multi-track project work streams with external developers. Preferred Skills: Design experience for platforms or applications including UX patterns, interaction design, or visual production for digital products.
