Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team in Westminster, MD. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by creating precise and efficient programs for our CNC machines. Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.
  • Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
  • Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and changes made during production.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
