JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview

Technical lead responsible for designing, automating, and managing a high-performance cloud desktop environment. You will leverage Nerdio, FSLogix, and PowerShell to optimize a scalable Windows 10/11 ecosystem within an ITIL-aligned framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Lead: Deploy and maintain AVD environments using ARM templates and automated provisioning.
  • Automation: Develop advanced PowerShell scripts to streamline administrative tasks and environment updates.
  • Platform Optimization: Use Nerdio Manager for auto-scaling, image versioning, and cost management.
  • User Experience: Manage persistent user profiles via FSLogix containers.
  • Support & Governance: Serve as Tier 3 escalation for VDI issues (ServiceNow) and ensure ITIL compliance.

Technical Qualifications

  • VDI Expertise: 2+ years of specialized experience in AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix (required).
