About the Role

U.S. Security Care is seeking reliable, professional, and observant Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Neptune, NJ. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and protection of client assets in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Officers will be responsible for conducting patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, and reporting incidents in a timely and accurate manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform standard and site-specific security procedures

  • Conduct perimeter and interior foot patrols

  • Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems as required

  • Maintain access control and post standing duties

  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and management

  • Observe, document, and report safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and incidents

  • Complete detailed incident and activity reports


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid NJ SORA certification (preferably issued within the last 12 months)

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Active email and cell phone for reliable communication

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service

  • CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus

  • Basic computer and reporting skills
